If you were asked to name a healing modality, sex may not be the first answer that comes to mind. However it is probably one of the most ancient and profound methods of healing available, especially when we are in a relationship that allows us to connect with deeply loving feelings at a conscious and subconscious level.
In this episode of I Am Healing, Jo talks to Austin about how sex boosts the immune system, how men who are emotionally connected feel during the act of making love, and the urgent need for our culture to become more enlightened about this most sacred of acts.
Austin also talks about and plays samples from his latest mp3 download ‘Emotional Intimacy’ (available from www.thewysecentre.co.uk/store) which he created to help women experience (and in some cases reconnect with) their healing emotions during times of intimacy.
