Tap Your Way to Easier Weight Lifting

Competitive weight lifters and athletes of any sport: Are you struggling with some part of the snatch or the clean and jerk? Would you like to have faster muscle recovery? Would you like your lifts to feel easier?

You’re in luck! I’ve developed a set of tapping protocols that will significantly and easily improve your ability to perform the snatch and the clean and jerk. We’re going to do lots of tapping as we address the force, explosive, and catch phases of the lifts. We’ll also tap for faster muscle recovery between workouts.
