“Though our decision in Step 3 was vital and crucial it could have little impact if not followed by a strenuous effort to face, and to be rid of, the things in ourselves which had been blocking us.”
Our addictive pattern is a symptom of our longing for a connection, or reconnection, with our creator. But before we can clear that pathway to connect we have to rid ourselves of all of those thoughts, feelings, and deeds that stand between us and our maker. This task morphs as we progress in each stage.
In today’s broadcast, we look at what this inventory means in each of the progressive four stages of recovery. The inventory in Stage 1 is self-explanatory – it is admitting all of the reasons we used to relieve through our stress.
But the inventory in Stage 2 between the adult self and the inner child looks a little different. As does the inventory in Stage 3 that focuses on learning to harmonize the relationship between the physical and spiritual selves. Stage 4 addresses the multidimensionality of our soul’s wrongs – in other times and places.
Each stage holds promise and each stage evolves as we progress in resolving our need to act out.
Tune in and hear an overview of this step as it emerges in each stage and then be guided through the tapping sequence that will help you come home.
