I use that phrase daily when I ask women to think about the negative words they use to described themselves. Nearly every woman I know has something mean or nasty to say about their physical bodies, especially when it comes to weight. And the negativity is not only sad, it’s not helping them lose weight either. In fact, in many cases, it’s making it even hard to release unwanted pounds. I lovingly caution my clients to be mindful of each of thoughts because the cells of their bodies are listening – and responding accordingly.
