We are all imperfect human beings. Maybe you really stuck to your diet for a while. Maybe you did your tapping. Maybe you exercised as you planned. But at some point, you went on a binge. You ate too much. You drank too much. You ate the wrong foods. And now you feel like crap – physically and emotionally. And you fell off the wagon so badly that you kept binging for several more days. Or weeks. Or months.
You’ve already failed, so why bother?
The purpose of this tapping session is to love and forgive ourselves after we’ve made the inevitable slip. You will slip, but piling guilt and shame and unforgiveness on top of it won’t help. In fact, it will make it worse. It’s an important lesson I teach in my Naturally Thin You Boot Camp and I’m sharing it today on this show.
