Using EFT to Dissolve Issues with Food and Weight

Click here to listen to the podcast of  Using EFT to Dissolve Issues with Food and Weight.

I’m pleased to welcome Peak Performance Specialist Bernadette Hunter. She’ll be talking about how to use EFT to dissolve issues with weight and food. You don’t have a food problem – you have a problem dealing with anxiety without the aid of food. EFT is perfect at dissolving known and unknown blocking emotions that drive people to eat. If you’re a “user” then losing weight is not a matter of knowing calories and nutrients. Would you like to shift your feelings about exercising from “do I have to?” to “I love it!”? Overeaters gain weight because of their histories with dieting. Bottom line: EFT can clear the loneliness, rebellion, unworthiness, and stress that forces you to eat when all you really wanted was to feel good and be comforted. Eleanore, it was such a great pleasure to share my work with you and your audience. I think you’re doing important work, spreading the word about EFT, and I was grateful to have the chance to directly help one of your listeners. All the best to you and yours! I look forward to when our paths cross again.
