In EFT, the term “energy toxin” is any substance that has a toxic effect on the human energy system. These “energy toxins” can contribute to Psychological Reversal and make it difficult to get lasting results with EFT or any therapy.
An energy toxin isn’t necessarily something that is harmful to all people, we each have our own sensitivities. What is toxic to one person may actually be good for another person. The negative effects of energy toxins can be so powerful, that simply removing them from your environment can sometimes cause complete and immediate resolution of chronic emotional problems and serious physical ailments.
