For people who have been in chronic pain for a long time, I find that there is such empowerment in noticing: “Do my EMOTIONS seem to have an effect on my sense of pain and suffering?”

My client yesterday has suffered for 4 years. He’s come to the realization that on days when he is not emotionally beating himself up, on days when he is stroking the cat and not focusing on everything that is “wrong” with him, he has a Pretty Good Day.

To me, that is a CLUE. Written large and flashing. Once a person notices this, the next step is to develop practices that help self-soothe distressing emotional states… practices like energy tapping with EFT.

It’s an honor to work with people courageous enough to face their own dragons, the self-limiting beliefs about what it takes to be “worthy” or to feel calm and confident about who they are and what they do (and don’t / can’t do!). Thanks for listening!

Thank you Rick for the wonderful work that you and Carol Look are doing to help people be pain free.

Using EFT to eliminate pain is very doable!
I HAD chronic migraines for 20 years and fibromyalgia pain for 15 and thanks to EFT I am now pain free. When you’ve had chronic pain for a long time you don’t really realize the full extent to which it is controlling and limiting your life. When I became pain free it was like being re-born with tremendous energy & creativity!
