I really appreciated the opportunity to do this show, Eleanore. Breakdowns in communication and the resulting disconnects are painful things in my own life because I so value connections. It’s really from the heart that I developed this EFT process to help us heal these conflicts. I especially honor my guest Pat, whose session on the show is so deep and heart-felt. I loved being able to demonstrate a full Inner Theater session (EFT in the context of inner imagery) — this is a very powerful approach. The free handout that details the process is available on my website, by the way. Thanks again, Eleanore!

This was one of my favorite shows. Betty beautifully demonstrated EFT and Inner Theatre with her volunteer, who went from feeling hurt and angry to seeing the relationship from a new perspective, feeling appreciation, compassion and even laughter.
You will learn much about using EFT to resolve your inner conflicts with your relationships.
