Hi Karen,

I am an EFTU trainer and chose EFTU for a variety of reasons including a universal harmonized curriculum formed from the top trainers in the world- I now know with a shadow of a double that I can send my Level 1 students to receive Level 2 training from say Claudia Scheter in Montreal, Jenny Johnston in Australia, or Dale Teplitz (one of Gary’s original assistants) in San Diego and they’ll be getting the same high quality training I’d be offering. Another reason I chose to become an EFTU trainer was because of requirement of personal development – a must!

As far as your question to Dawson- we are all required to have 6 hours of supervized practice sessions in each level and also offer a full practice tapping day. It amazed me when I found out that other trainers in other organizations actually have little or no practice or supervision.

For Tina
1. For students applying for your “master course: How many hours & or session work with a client is done by the student (in person) in front of other ACEP Masters & how many masters?

Dawson- In your level 3 or 4- How many hours & or session work with a client is done by the student(in person) in front of other EFT Universe highest trainers?

Tina & Dawson- Many EFT practitioners feel gary’s original DVD’s ( purchased new ) are poor quality, shot to far away to pick up facial changes and inferior to be used as the main teaching tool. Have the videos in any way been improved upon? Karen

Thanks for this wonderful interview with Jini Patel Thompson – and I do hope you have her back as her voyage is very inspirational. Jini had mentioned what she believes contributed to her Crohn’s disease – and she mentioned that her older brother also had been diagnosed but followed a different trajectory. I noted, however, she never mentioned the possibility of a genetic contribution – most were environmental factors. Does she have any thoughts on this? Secondly, I am curious how her brother is now fairing as he followed the current medical treatment approach and supposedly never dealt with the emotional burden that contributes to healing. My situation is similar to his in some ways, and I realize a lot of it had to do with covering up dysfunction. This has impacted a lot of spheres – not only health – but relationships I’ve chosen that now leave me feeling unauthentic.
