My name is Karen Donaldson. I’m a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and – most importantly – an EFT Certified Weight Loss Coach.
After many heartbreaking years of watching my clients struggle with their weight, I knew there had to be something more to the story. And as the owner of a weight loss clinic, it was frustrating and embarrassing to not be able to lose weight myself. How could I tell my clients what they “should do” and then not be able to do it myself?!
Fortunately, I found EFT and it changed my life and the lives of my clients. I finally have a tool that actually works to curb cravings and heal the issues behind emotional eating – permanently. I’ve lost over 25 pounds and kept it off for years and my clients have lost hundreds more – and kept if off.

Meet Karen Donaldson
Karen is a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Certified Weight Loss Coach. As a coach and motivational speaker, she specializes in helping people lose weight permanently by teaching them powerful mind-body tools that allow them to release the need to tranquilize their emotions with food and to find peace in their lives.
Karen owns a successful private weight loss and fitness clinic and also consults with patients for Medical Nutrition Therapy in physician offices. She has helped thousands of clients around the world lose weight and heal the issues behind their emotional eating and cravings. She is also the co-creator and instructor for the Naturally Thin You Boot Camp and Master Mind weight loss programs through EFT Universe with Dawson Church.
Karen is the author of Beat the Belly Fat Blues: Mind-Body Solutions for Permanent Weight Loss. Her Bachelor’s degree in dietetics and Master’s degree in Biochemistry give her a unique perspective when it comes to understanding – and explaining – the physiology of the body and the biochemistry of the brain, especially as it relates to weight loss.
